Problem The Department would like to have a computer and printer installed in Room 225 the same time the computer line is installed. Also, there is a problem with the printer in Saunders 721D. Paper is not feeding. This room is used for research by a faculty in our department. Thank you Janet

Problem work request to Harry's shop for someone to come and look at Joanna's computer? Purpose to to advise about how best to maximize the memory and work space on her computer. She is losing files and having other difficulties. We would like someone to advise as to whether we should get her a new computer, augment memory, or just reconfigure it. Problem I talked to Harry and he has approved 6 copies of Adobe Acrobat Professional (which allows the creation of pdf files) for SSRI staff and project personnel. He will invoice us. The 6 computers requiring installation of this software are all in Saunders: 707A (Nancy Marker, SSRI staff) 704H (4 copies: JD Baker, D. Rempala, J. Holmes, R. Problem Computer Wizards...we need you! Hiroki(Graduate Assistant) has a very old computer...(sorry I don't have his computers info. or even if it's a MAC or PC) would you please check and see if a new model is available for his use.
