Problem Hi, Ryan fixed my old XP computer, for which I'm grateful, but now I need to get my new computer set up. You can do it when I am not in the office if you get the key from the Sociology Dept. office (67693). Please contact me by e-mail as I don't check the office phone regularly. I will need the files off the hard drive of the old computer, and then I will be using that old XP computer to replace an older 2000 elsewhere in the office. I need administrative level access to my computer. Please put on the basics. If you are installing Office Pro 2003 that's fine, but I will also be installing a full Office Pro 2007 for which I have a licnese. I need the dual install to support students using different versions of Access.

Problem Second hard drive in Dell Precision (E drive) that was replaced this week appears intermittently - and the computer runs very slowly when it does appear. System checks disc consistency on drive E at start-up but fails to repair the problem. It runs fine when the E drive is not recognized. The Dell Precision nightmare continues :(
