Problem Hi, Ryan fixed my old XP computer, for which I'm grateful, but now I need to get my new computer set up. You can do it when I am not in the office if you get the key from the Sociology Dept. office (67693). Please contact me by e-mail as I don't check the office phone regularly. I will need the files off the hard drive of the old computer, and then I will be using that old XP computer to replace an older 2000 elsewhere in the office. I need administrative level access to my computer. Please put on the basics. If you are installing Office Pro 2003 that's fine, but I will also be installing a full Office Pro 2007 for which I have a licnese. I need the dual install to support students using different versions of Access.

Problem Ryan Tolman, graduate student working under Dr. Mueller, says that their computer in Burns 4027 seems to have contracted a virus. Every time they try to use the computer, pop-up ads appear saying "download this virus protection software." He says that it interferes with the use of the computer, and they don't know how to get rid of it. Ryan can also be reached via his cell at 423-552-1102. **UPDATE: Dr. Mueller says that the request is quite urgent because they have a lot of data on there. It's a laptop, so they can even drop off to you guys. Please let us know. THANKS.
