Problem The HP Laserjet 1320 in my office is not working. It is loaded with paper and I have checked for obvious paper jams. When it attempts to print it makes a clicking sound and stalls. I do need to print things regularly so I'd appreciate it if someone could come by.

Problem Hello CSS-ITS ... Dr. Michael Weinstein has moved into Saunders 243. He has a new comuter on the desk that needs to be set up...and an old computer on the desk that he would like his files moved off of to the new computer. Problem Please install Systat on Christian Peterson's computer. Apparently a mistake was made and the program was put on the wrong laptop, so it needs to be removed from the laptop that Christine Beaule has (this may involve changing the name that laptop is checked out to), and installed on Christian Peterson's. Problem An o Dell Optiplex computer (about 6 years old) in my lab will not boot - power light is flashing so I expect the power supply has died. Not sure if it's worth fixing but I'll drop it off for you to look at.
